Description Key Role: Provide design and development services to address the federal government’s most challenging technology needs. Analyze design elements with the goal of assuring that requirements, concepts, and interfaces meet functionality and are verifiable. Perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software in support of distinct product hardware or technical service lines of businesses. Perform software design, operating architecture integration, and selection of computer systems. Work under general to little supervision and assist with training junior software engineering staff.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -3+ years of experience with developing using ASP, .NET, XML, .NET, or Windows 2003 -2+ years of experience with database programming in SQL and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Stored Procedures -2+ years experience with the software lifecycle process in requirements gathering and change management -Knowledge of software testing and QA/QC processes -Ability to perform VBA programming in Excel -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with SQL Server 2005 Express -Experience with XML data Import or Export processes in SQL Server -Experience with software architecture and design Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
