International financial services company with Headquarters in Basking Ridge, NJ has a newly-created position for an experienced Senior Accountant. The main responsibilities for this Senior Accountant will be consolidations, supervising a small staff, assisting with month-end closings, M&A analysis, cash flow analysis, bank reconciliations and assisting with internal financial reporting and many special projects. This position reports to the VP of Finance and promises an extraordinary amount of growth potential. This company looks to go public in the next 1-2 years. Prior public accounting experience required. The salary will be in the $90-$95k range plus bonus and excellent benefits.
