Job Description: · Candidates assigned to this category shall be primarily planning, developing, and coordinating in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. · Obtain information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determine methodologies; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. · Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. Qualifications: · Bachelors in a related field or equivalent experience. · A minimum of 8 years general experience as a Trainer, to include but not limited to: Planning, developing, coordinating in-house product-training programs for field support , personnel and customers · Preparing training materials · Developing course content · Developing training aids · Updating lesson plans to meet new training requirements · Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meeteligibility requirements for access to classified information. Position requires a current Top Secret/SCI Full Scope Poly Security Clearance.
