JOB DISCRIPTION:
* Work with technical and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of application
* Learn individual components of the system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans
* Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies
* Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals
* Assist with the test automation effort
* Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating, and escalating issues appropriately to management
Quality Assurance Analyst Qualifications:
* Experience Level: 6-10 years
* Skill Set: software testing experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision; but know when to ask the right questions
* Development of testing strategy, plan, and cases
* Must be analytical, detailed, and team oriented
* Individual should be results oriented, organized, and self-motivated
* Proven experience in providing superb client services and support
