Lead Solution Architect

Location: Newfoundland
Duration: 2 years

The successful candidate must have experience as a lead solution architect. In general, key aspects of the role are:
· Continued enhancement and implementation of the client application development platform based on .NET in concert with the existing client .NET Framework
· Lead the development of the architecture, using Microsoft .NET frameworks and best practices to guide the development and maintenance of program systems and applications
· Lead the development, documentation and roll out of principles, standards, and guidelines on the proper use and deployment of .NET technology to Project teams
· Work in partnership with Business Analysts, Systems Architects and Technical Leads to ensure that there is a transition from design to development
· Provide technical guidance, leadership, coaching and mentoring to Project teams and ensure knowledge sharing across project teams
