Lead Software Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of black box test cases and ad-hoc testing for
billing, order entry and CRM software applications • Follow developed
test plans for major software releases • Manage a team of software
testers • Conduct one-on-one meetings, perform performance reviews,
and mentor and train testers in testing best practices • Build test
cases and test plans for new functional code • Verify and revise new
and regression test plans through iterative process • Provide input to
QA Management staff on the selection and development of QA tools, the
testing and release processes used and the development of testing
documentation

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Software
Test Engineer, SDET or similar position designing, implementing, and
executing white and black box test plans in an Enterprise Software
environment • 2+ years experience providing leadership to a team of QA
testers • Excellent project management skills • Experience testing a
similar open source based software stack to UNIX/Linux, PHP, Java,
Apache, Tomcat • Ability to write utilities in C#/.NET preferred,
knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, XML, SQL • Experience with open source
test tools such as WatiN, Nunit, Bugzilla, Testopia, and Selenium a
plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Religious/
passionate orientation and attention to customers • Prior start-up
experience • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging work
environment • Degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with customer contact and billing systems • Experience
automating test processes
