Skills/Experience:
* Extensive experience as a hands-on developer in the n-tier J2EE applications
* Hands-on work with EJBs and Web Services using SOAP, AXIS, WSDL
* Experience with customer and address data cleansing and profiling
* Knowledge of J2EE Design Patterns
* Experience with RUP, UML, OO Analysis and Design
* Experience with Weblogic 8.1 , Ant
* Familiarity with CVS or other source control systems, such as PVCS a plus
* Familiarity with Dataflux data cleansing and profiling tool (or similar) is a must
