Web Developer

Responsibilities/Expectations: * Executes annual Web marketing and
Intranet plan in accordance with both Marketing and overall Credit
Union goals. * Create, maintain and update existing pages on Web site
ensuring site interactivity, appropriate and relevant content, and
return visits. * Participate in all facets external Web site
production including design, information architecture, and providing
recommendations for new internet technologies and/or building
processes according to Web design best practices. * Provides
recommendations and develops and executes project plans regarding Web-
related expenditures. * Determine user’s needs, strategies, goals and
develop Web pages that meet those needs by using site traffic analysis
tools (i.e. Webtrends). Provide recommendations and develops and
executes project plans based upon that analysis. * Creates imaginative
implementation of marketing strategies and implements those strategies
via the Web. * Conducts ongoing competitive analysis of other sites,
including trend, technology and function analysis. * Oversees any
outside Web-related vendors and coordinates their work. * Ensure
compliance with all applicable regulations and maintains Credit Union
image.^^

Knowledge Skills: * Working knowledge of XML, HTML, DHTML, ASP,
PhotoShop, Adobe Acrobat, and Web development tools. * Excellent
understanding and technical knowledge with Web site development
processes and Web-based standards and practices. * Strong project
management skills. * A minimum of two years of recent, progressively
more responsible marketing experience within a consumer financial
institution. * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration
or communications. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal
communication skills. * Experience in direct marketing. * Proficient
in the use of computer software programs including word processing,
spreadsheet, and presentation applications.

Basic Qualifications: -Bachelors Degree -2+ years of web development
experience
