Job Function:


Join team of support specialists to troubleshoot hardware, software,
and network problems over the telephone and via email.


Experience:




2 to 5 years of phone support experience





HDI, ITIL or related certifications (Ideal)





Knowledge of and support experience with Windows 2000/XP PC operating
systems, as well as Microsoft Office 2003/2007





Experience using a call ticketing system (HP Service Desk Ideal)





Experience with Mainframe and/or AS400 (Ideal)


Skills:


Excellent communication, organization and customer service
skills


Responsibilities:




Resolve complex hardware, software and network issues via the
telephone





Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely support documentation where
required, including trouble tickets


Education:


Bachelors Degree in MIS/IT or Computer Science (Preferred)
