Milwaukee Health/Dental/Prescription marketing firm has openings for
contracted independent sales people.
Function : Sales
Job Title : HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
STATE : US - Various
City : US - WI, CA, TX, NY, FL, IL, PN, OH, MI, GA, and NC
Shift : 1st Shift
Qualifications :
* Ability to sell value-added products to potential customers.
* Display excellent time management and organizational skills while
working independently.
* Demonstrated relationship management capability, including strong
customer service skills.
* Proven success in commercial sales.
* Must be self-motivated and self-directed with an aptitude for
problem-solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven
consultative sales experience.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to be resilient and persuasive.
* Possess high integrity coupled with an entrepreneurial attitude and a
strong drive for results.
* Display a disciplined work style and strong work ethic.
* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle
Record.
Job Responsibilities : NorthStarOnlilneRX serves US residents as a
prescription, health plan, dental plan, and vision plan marketing
broker, negotiating the best prices for our clients. All prescriptions
are dispensed by: Licensed Canadian pharmacies and pharmacists located
in Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia. All dental and health plans
are provided by major US insurers with established US based and
licensed physicians and dentists.
* Initiate and close new sales.
* Prospect and obtain clients in target markets to achieve targeted
sales growth and profit margins.
* Keep abreast of NorthStarOnlineRX's product and service offerings, as
well as industry conditions, to enhance sales.
* Manage the relationship between the client and NorthStarOnlineRX.
* Take customer orders and documentation for prescrition medication.
* Assess client needs, recommend appropriate health/dental/vision plan.
* Analyze client's financial and utilization data to identify
opportunities for improving care and controlling health care cost
and/or controlling prescription medication expenditures.
* Provide drug information.
* Establishes and maintains client relationships at the appropriate
levels, including client, employer, medical, benefit managers, and
consultants.
* Participate in multi-disciplinary team (sales, account management,
marketing, etc.) to discuss the ongoing needs of clients.
Education Required : Bachelors degree and/or commercial sales
experience preferred.
Relocation Approved? : No
Travel Required : 10% - 25%
Compensation : Straight commission basis + bonuses, when company's
profit goals are met.
