GSM MSC Specialist(s)

IBISKA has ongoing challenging consulting roles for highly skilled GSM
MSC Specialist(s) with some combination of the following knowledge and
experience:
· HLR (Home Location Register)
· SPM (CEM, OC-3, VSP, DSP)
· OMCR, e3BSC, TCU, Edge,
· GPRS
· CDMA CBRS, BSSM, Disco, SBS, PP15k, MDM
· P-MSC
· IP Protocols & Data Concepts
· Passport product lines,
· Network Management platforms (HP, Sun)

Responsibilities typically include:
· Demonstrate proper provisioning and configuring of the network
including network element facilities, services and connections for
end-to-end service delivery on operational networks;
· Provide informal training in network surveillance, fault management
and troubleshooting, software upgrade planning and implementation
procedures;
· Provide knowledge transfer of products to operating personnel
through various on the job activities such as one on one mentoring,
real-time instruction and product workshops.

This position may require travel to customer site for extended periods
of time.
