Fixed Income Structured Products Attorney

Financial Services Company seeks Fixed Income Structured Products Attorney with 6+ years of relevant experience to be part of a team supporting company's Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) business group, with a particular focus on its structured products businesses.
The candidate will be providing legal support and advice to various trading desks within the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) business group, with a particular focus on its structured product businesses, the focus will include products across the spectrum of FX, interest rate and credit-linked derivatives, structured credit products (including correlation products and SPV-based deals), company-issued structured notes and other similar products. Evaluating legal risks posed by derivatives activities, training business areas, control groups and ISDA negotiation teams on derivatives-related legal issues.
Participating on behalf of the company in relevant ISDA committees and other industry market groups. Top tier law firm and/or investment bank experience required.
