Financial Services Company seeks Fixed Income Emerging Markets Attorney with 6+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will be providing legal support and advice to various trading desks within the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) business group, with a particular focus on its emerging markets businesses in Latin America - the focus will include products across the spectrum of FX, interest rate and credit-linked derivatives, structured products, SPV-based deals, company-issued structured notes and other related products. Evaluate legal risks posed by derivatives activities, training business areas, control groups and ISDA negotiation teams on derivatives-related legal issues.
Participate on behalf of company in relevant ISDA committees and other industry market groups. Should be an attorney. Top tier law firm and/or investment bank experience is required.
