Financial Risk Manager, Atlanta, GA to $75K

Well-established commercial construction company is seeking a
Financial Risk Manager. This role will be responsible for managing/
monitoring procedures for subcontractors. Responsibilities include
working with Project Managers and executives to identify appropriate
projects for inclusion in the program, developing the Company's
checklists/procedures for subcontractor default risk management. Will
also perform preliminary evaluations of subcontractors including but
not limited to obtaining and analyzing Subcontractor Surveys,
evaluating D&B's and reviewing subcontractor financials. Requirements
include an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum
of four years experience, preferably within the construction or
insurance industries.
