Financial Analyst -Residential Construction -Las Vegas, Nevada

The Company is a dynamic and fast-growing developer and contractor in
Las Vegas, responsible for approx $1 billion+ in construction and a
fairly significant pipeline.

Unlike many Vegas real estate companies - we're under construction and
nearly sold out on high rise condominiums, we're breaking ground on a
large commercial shopping center and we're suburban vs Strip oriented.
In addition to these development opportunities, we're also the
contractor, manufacturer and importer on a significant book of
business.

Candidate will perform financial analysis and modeling on real estate
and other transactions, produce bank presentations and reporting
materials for investors and lenders, perform treasury, finance, and
organizational responsibilities across the company's business lines in
the areas of development, leasing, contracting, manufacturing,
importing, and property management. Extract financial data from
various accounting and information systems. Perform financial and cost
