Post subject: ETL developer

The person will manage a mission critical, time-sensitive process to extract, transform and load, with automated SAS code, several source systems and rapidly integrate new source systems into the process flow by working closely with the source system operators, developing consistent data definitions and a production data map. This person will also write production SAS code to load new data sources and handle variable exceptions and transforms.

Minimum Experience:
' Bachelor degree in related area (Sciences, Statistics, or Computer Science).
' SAS Advanced Programming Certification or equivalent competency
' 2 years experience with SAS Enterprise Guide.
' Consumer Lending industry experience.
' Strong time management skills in a mission critical load environment.
' Strong understanding of meta-data preparation and processing.
' Moderate UNIX skills including basic shell scripting in K-shell.
' Strong Data Mapping experience/ experience with SCD'(tm)s.
' Data warehousing/ Data mart best practices.
' Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills.
' Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
' Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across business units.
' Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines.
' Ability to analyze a situation, identify critical path and remediate the problem.
' 5-10 + years of relevant work experience.
' High energy self-starter with good communication skills.
