This position is a new role responsible for the development and delivery of reporting requirements that include financial, rewards liability for the Mass Affluent Lines of Business. The incumbent will be responsible for forecasting and budgeting the expected revenue drivers of the applicable business and prepare monthly variance explanations of actual results vs. forecast/budget. Included in the responsibilities will be oversight and explanations of rewards expense, acquisition performance, and portfolio program performance information, bench marking to both internal and external sources, development and production of monthly performance dashboard that captures all relevant performance aspects of the applicable Mass Affluent product. Also includes responsibility for business unit financial analysis, including ad hoc requests that come from the LOB CFO or LOB General Manager. Working with the internal team members on business modeling around new product and portfolio programs. Responsibly for being an active participant in all market and product development initiatives.

Qualifications Financial and accounting planning of at least 12 years, reporting, information delivery, and analysis; program development, planning, and delivery; performance management and reporting; Factors considered for selection include: Degree in accounting or Finance, CPA or MBA would be preferred, SAS or other programming skills information reporting and management experience; credit card program experience in the context of consumer products industries; execution process management experience; experience with personal responsibility and accountability for delivery of key business results and performance standards and requirements. Must be able to meet tight corporate deadlines and work in a matrix environment.
