DB2 DBA - New Mexico

Position: DB2 DBA
Contract: 6 Months +
Must be a DB2 DBA
Strong DB2 UDB v8.1 EEE on AIX database administration (v8.2 a plus).
Strong DB2 PL/SQL Scripting (triggers).
Strong DB2 Partitioning and Parallel knowledge and application.
Expertise with AIX and UNIX Shell Scripting.
Strong DB2 High Performance Unload utility knowledge.
Experience with BMC Patrol database tools: SmartDBA Performance
Monitoring; PATROL Analytics.
SQL debugging and tuning; EXPLAIN PLAN.
Experience with DB2 Performance Expert for Tuning.
Proficient in troubleshooting applications and database issues.
Knowledge of Tivoli, Weblogic, or Websphere.
Experience in DB2 database administration on Redhat Linux.
DB2 DBA experience on Windows/NT and Z/OS is a plus.
