Post subject: Corporate Solution Architect (2 positions)

Location: New Brunswick
Duration: 2 years

Responsibilities will include:
· Document corporate standards, patterns, and guidelines.
· Mentor and train development teams and architects in the discipline of corporate architecture to ensure sustainability and interoperability between solutions.
· Provide design and quality assurance guidance for project teams to ensure software development and acquisition occurs in compliance with corporate standards.
· Identify opportunities for applying the discipline of re-use across project teams.
· Facilitate the timely delivery of software solutions that conform to corporate standards, patterns, and guidelines.
· Perform evaluations of third party tools
· Collaborate with Project Teams, Enterprise Services, the Project Management Office, Technology Support, and other Architecture staff to assist in delivery of solutions.
· Keep abreast of the changing technology and business environments to monitor impacts on the company and architecture.
· Provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft technologies.
· Assist in the implementation of the IT technology roadmap for buy and build scenarios.
