On-going Tasks: (TPAWebmaster Staff Function to Oversee) . Develop and maintain manuals for Download system, Website . Prepare and present formal training sessions to HO/FO staff and TPAs . Document procedures on how to do business with ING (systems and work flows) . Monitor/facilitate TPA Fees - TPA BPO payments . Resolve ongoing production issues with download, inquiry, website . Coordinate having TPA specific reports run from MIS reporting . Manage projects relating to TPA initiatives both from a business or technical standpoint TPA Strategy . Develop annual business plan . Manage TPA RM position and functions . Coordinate the addition of new workflows . Implement new Web Site functionality . Assist in launching TPA specific products and services TPA Communications TPA Partners Conference . Work with Meeting Planners to determine: . Agenda . Location . Coordinate attendance . Functions/Activities TPA Industry Organizations Who is our ideal candidate? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 8-10 years or sales and/or marketing experience Extensive product knowledge Strong problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills What else can we tell you?
