Job Description Reporting to the Food Service Director or General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining established costs and quality standards to ensure superior service and to maximize profits. Recipe to Succeed: * Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws * Interviewing, hiring, training and coaching employees and entry level managers * Planning, assigning and directing job duties * Participate in employee meetings, reviews and development * Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards * Performs related duties and special projects as assigneGood Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills Necessary Ingredients:

* Bachelors degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience * 3-5 years upscale food service experience, including 2 years at the management level * Knowledge of budgets, labor costs, inventory controls * Knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliation of multiple cash banks and reports * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Knowledge of basic work area operations and procedures * Must be knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food * Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Ability to multi-task as well as stay on task and concentrate with constant interruptions * ServeSafe or Department of Health certification a plus * Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screeing and back ground check
