Business Process Manager /Configuration Manager
Job Description:
Mandatory:
* BS Degree in CS, CIS, or equivalent experience.
* Ability to manage, lead, and build a diverse group of development team leads.
* Experience with Configuration Management systems and methodologies.
* Knowledge of scripting within environments such as NT CMD shell, Korn shell MKS, etc.
* Experience working to project plans and monitoring progress against the schedules.
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others.
* Strong understanding of SDLC and project management lifecycles.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Project and Visio.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
* Strong interpersonal skills - able to work with multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
* Problem tracking and reporting experience.
* Excellent problem solving skills.
Highly desired:
* Experience with Microsoft CRM, BizTalk, Windows Server, UNIX (e.g., Solaris) experience desirable.
* Experience with change and test management systems: Mercury Test Director a plus.
* Knowledge of source control systems: Merant PVCS a plus.
* Knowledge of HTML, .NET, Websphere, Java, Javascript, ASP, XML, and SQL a plus.
