Duration: 2 years
Responsibilities include:
* Performing business analyses to define user needs and requirements;
* Documenting and diagramming requirements;
* Collaborating with other team members involved in the software
development;
* Acting as technical liaison between the user and development groups.

Each successful candidate must have recent experience as a Business/Systems
Analyst that has used OO techniques and UML, and has been involved in
iterative development. Strong people skills in both group and individual
contexts, and strong client expectation management skills are essential for
this role. In general, key aspects of the roles are to work with business
and development personnel to:
* Develop and manage requirements for business solutions
and/or RFPs for product selection;
* Prepare business and technical specifications;
* Create use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, view
of participating classes, and state charts;
* Design user interfaces;
* Participate in the testing lifecycle;
Ensure smooth transition into training and deployment phase.
