* 3+ years experience in formal software development
* 2+ years experience in object oriented design and implementation
* Experience performing data transformation to multiple formats in
an automated production environment
* Experience developing internet/intranet web applications using
Java/C/C++ and XML
* Experience with DTD development and modification a plus, as well
as Oracle RDBMS and SQL
