~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Includes scope of activities of Construction Manager 1 for
larger, more complex projects, or multiple smaller projects, and
may supervise Construction Manager 1 levels. Additionally,
develops procedures for executing such activities and implements
procedures in coordination with project team. Also capable of
performing additional construction management activities
including development procurement - construction schedules,
construction subcontracts scopes, review of subcontracts terms
and conditions, performance of construct ability and value
engineering reviews, construction estimating and schedule
reviews, and project construction performance presentations.
Reports to Project Manager. Typically requires a Technical
Degree plus 5 years related experience, or 10 years equivalent
experience required.

BSCE
PE
ATI and ACI Qualifications required
Knowledge of aDOT standards, specifications and procedures is a
must
Minimum 10 years infrastructure experience in related position.
Good communication & administrative skills.
Project scheduling software experience with Primavera or
Microsoft Scheduler Preferred.
