Technical Courseware Developer
PHOENIX, AZ

Salary: $35 - 39 / Hourly
Job Type: 3-6 Month Contract
Category: General Admin/Management

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality,
comprehensive training products and services for customers and
end users. Responsibilities include design, development and
delivery of technical training curriculum, courseware and
Training Support Packages (TSPs). Perform Job and Task analyses
leading to the development of training strategies, plans,
curriculum and courseware. Interface directly with customer/users
to maintain a high level of confidence and customer satisfaction
relative to the training product and associated customer support.
Other duties include preparation and management of project
budgets, schedules and earn value cost reports. Security: A
Secret Clearance is required.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Experience with adult learning and an enthusiasm for teaching are
essential. Ability to work with minimal supervision as part of an
integrated team, communicating and interacting effectively with
multiple audiences and internal departments including
engineering, program management, contract management,
manufacturing and depot personnel. Strong leadership and
management skills are important. Functional Experience is
Required: A minimum of 6-8 years of training experience with a
working knowledge of the Systems Approach to
Training/Instructional Systems Design (SAT/ISD) methodologies.
Experience in technical courseware development and instruction,
with special emphasis in Front End, Job, and Task analyses.
Working knowledge of desktop applications and O/S to include MS
Office products, Win/NT, Win/2000, UNIX, and Cisco products. A
strong background in Information Security products to inclu
