[DESCRIPTION] As a member of the branch team committed to sales
and service, the Senior Customer Service Representative often has
initial and frequent contact with customers. By maintaining good
customer relations and treating each customer contact as a sales
opportunity, this position is responsible for selling loans,
insurance products, making recommendations of credit worthiness,
closing the sale, recommending solutions to difficult delinquent
accounts, performing administrative tasks (such as cash drawer
management, answer telephones, routine typing, order supplies and
pay bills), and servicing accounts. This position may replace or
substitute for the Customer Service Representative.
[REQUIREMENTS] This position requires a High School Diploma or
equivalent. Requires two to three years of directly related work
experience in sales or finance and customer service experience
(internal and external in both positive and difficult situations
preferred). Must have valid diver's license. Must be able to
work flexible hours. Basic knowledge of accounting is helpful.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment is a must. Must
have problem solving/analytical skills. Must have effective
communication and interpersonal skills. Accountability for
