<BR><br>PCL Construction is a major employee-owned general
contractor with annual volumes in excess of $3 billion and
extensive operations throughout North America. We are seeking a
Senior Estimator/Project Manager for our civil division in Tempe,
AZ.  Primary responsibilities include planning, managing and
preparing bids for all aspects of water & wastewater projects.
  <BR><br> <BR><br>A four year construction management or
engineering degree and a minimum of 7 years experience with civil
estimating are required.  The incumbent must also possess
good subcontractor negotiating skills and computer capabilities.
 Additional duties include serving as the client manager,
establishing client relations, marketing and contract
solidification.  Is responsible to track the financial
aspects of the projects, and coordinates and adjusts the work
effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within
the parameters of the agreed to schedule. Works with the
Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and the
Department Manager for project reviews and with company
management on an as needed basis <BR><br> <BR><br>Interested
