As one of our Loan Originators, you’ll be responsible for
marketing and selling a variety of mortgage products to a network
of established customers. Customer relationship management;
preparing loan proposals and follow-up throughout the
underwriting and processing stages; tracking/monitoring leads;
preparing projection reports; and maintaining an active referral
base will be essential.


This position offers a base of $20K plus variable commission
opportunities that can average $65-85K annually. If you have what

Home Finance, a General Electric affilliate, is expanding and
offering exciting emerging products in the mortgage industry. We
are currently looking for energetic Loan Originators to join a
new team in Tempe, Arizona.

As one of our Loan Originators, you’ll be responsible for
marketing and selling a variety of mortgage products to a network
of established customers. Customer relationship management;
preparing loan proposals and follow-up throughout the
underwriting and processing stages; tracking/monitoring leads;
preparing projection reports; and maintaining an active referral
base will be essential.

1-3 years sales experience and/or experience in the mortgage
industry is strongly desired. A degree in business, finance,
marketing or related discipline is preferred. Excellent oral and
written communication skills as well as the ability to set and
achieve productivity goals are a must. Strong selling,
presentation and organizational skills are required, as is
numeric aptitude and proficient PC skills.
