reports, identifies deficiencies and recommends appropriate
action plans. Evaluates staffing need reports and makes
scheduling recommendations. Recognizes any changes to inbound
call center volumes, which are not forecasted and provide
solutions. [REQUIREMENTS] Develops & implements business
strategies including long & short term strategic planning Assures
company funds and investments are safeguarded Maintains positive
customer relationships Meets assigned performance plan objectives
Complies with company policy & regulatory requirements, branch
manuals, and other company material Uses, maintains and protects
the resource materials available within the center Meets
training, certification and licensing requirements Uses and
manages personnel management effectively for center staff
Optimizes profitability Controls operating expenses Possesses
strong commitment to service
