Specialist role is one of the best entry points into the company

Specialist, your goal will be to promote and increase the sales
of our superior fiber cement products in Home Depot and Lowe's
stores within your territory. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 
 * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or
other related degree. * Fluent in Conversational Spanish
desired * Desire to excel and interest in sales and/or
building materials * Must have a good driving record, a
personal computer and credit card * 1+ year of experience in
sales, retail, construction, and/or building materials is
preferred. * Ability to relocate immediately and be career
oriented. Candidates must be able to relocate for their first

 ***THE ABILITY TO RELOCATE IS REQUIRED*** James
Hardie offers an excellent compensation package including: *
$30,000 base salary with quarterly bonuses of up to $2,500 *
Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental &
Vision * Intensive sales training POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Retail Sales Specialist, your
mission will be to promote and increase the sales of our fiber
cement Hardiplank siding and Hardibacker products in Home Depot
and Lowe's stores within your territory. After roughly four weeks
of field, classroom and on-the-job training, you'll work
independently, operating out of your home office. We'll supply
you with all the essentials, including a handheld device, cell
phone, company van (including all maintenance and gas),
promotional materials, and - let's not forget - an assortment of
company polo shirts. Most territories include roughly 30
to 50 stores, and you should plan on visiting four each day on
average. Your agenda during these visits will be to increase the
sales of currently stocked products and to convince the stores to
carry more James Hardie products. While visiting each store,
your responsibilities may include: * Educating the store
employees, managers, department heads, customers and contractors
on why James Hardie products are their best choice and how to
install them * Conducting extensive product knowledge
training, both one-on-one and in large group presentations *
Merchandizing the products * Analyzing the competition *
Managing inventory levels * Restocking Point-Of-Purchase
materials KEYS TO SUCCESS: From Day 1, your goals will
be spelled out, and you'll know exactly what you need to do to
make your quarterly bonus. In addition to your regular duties,
you will prepare for future advancement, taking classes and
learning what it takes to succeed at James Hardie. To aid in
