<p><b>Job Description</b><br>Our Phoenix Land Development Group
is searching for a Project Engineer to join their team as soon as
possible. In this position you will be the project engineer on
commercial projects which will include: overseeing grading,
drainage, paving, site layout, water and sewer layout as well as
generally assisting the Project Manager in overall project
management.</p>

<b>Experience Required</b><br>To be successful in the role of
Project Engineer, your qualifications will include a Bachelor's
Degree in Civil Engineering, a P.E. License in Arizona or the
ability to obtain registration within 6 months of hire date and
4-10 years of residential and masterplan community land
development experience. Local experience is a plus.<p>All
minimum qualifications must be met for consideration. Relocation
assistance may not be available; local candidates are preferred.
Visa sponsorship is not currently available.</p><p>Carter &
