[DESCRIPTION] Manages and supervises the day-to-day collection
activities of 10-15 non-exempt employees. Ensures that collection
procedures are carried out according to established policies and
legal requirements. Additional responsilbilities include:
Providing advice and direction to staff on collection efforts,
disputes and complaints. Ensures area is adequately staffed on a
day to day basis and that all personnel is trained. Reviews and
approves requests for extensions and modifications on qualified
accounts conforming with policy. Exercises mangerial authority
concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions,
terminations,etc. [REQUIREMENTS] Education: High School
Diploma or GED. 3-5yrs collections management experience The
