Molded Plastic & Electronic Parts Inspector
PHOENIX, AZ

Salary: $10 - 11 / Hourly
Job Type: Contract to Perm

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under supervision of the Quality Assurance Supervisor, performs
inspection, measuring and analyzing plastic and electronic parts
to ensure conformance to specifications. Completes and maintains
all documentation necessary to provide quality, production and
traceability records.
This position must communicate effectively and work in a
cooperative manner with other Inspectors, Assemblers, Material
Handlers, Group Leads, and other departments as needed.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Performs start-up and end of run verification of part
performance to specifications of all molded and electronic
components and secondary operations.

2.Performs visual and dimensional checks to specifications of all
molded and electronic components and secondary operations.

3.Perform first article inspections as required to print
specifications.

4.Collects and record data into computer system; interprets the
results.

5.Documents inspection results on receiving inspection logs and
reports and maintains quality documentation.

6.Audits and verifies receiving documentation for accuracy and
completeness.

7.Identifies questionable or defective material. Initiates
and/or verifies all defective product is segregated and placed in
the hold area until disposition is complete.

8.Completes and/or verifies the Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s)
