Senior level marketer responsible for the development and
management of a large marketing program and generation of new
business opportunities that ensure maximum exposure to new
business prospects for the firm within an established region and
business class. Encompasses developing leads, preproposal
visitations, proposal preparation coordination with technical
staff, presentations and negotiations. Responsible for the
coordination of business development strategies with the local
Business Unit Manager. Normally requires a Bachelors degree ion
a related field, a professional registration or related
certification and 5-9 years of experience.

Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Marketing.
Masters degree preferred.
15+ years marketing experience. Prefer experience in healthcare,
science & technology and/or justice industries.
Existing client database.
Strong knowledge of the architectural design process and
architectural concepts.
Proven marketing record.
Service and client related personality.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.
