dollars. ISEC is now seeking a Project Manager for the
Mesa, AZ office. The Project Manager is ultimately
responsible for completing each project on time, within budget,
and satisfying the customer. The Project Manager has a direct
effect on the profitability of the project. The Project
Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the
following: 1. Analyze projects to
determine scope, schedule requirements, and coordinate with
Purchasing and Installation on priorities to effectively bring
project within budget and on schedule. 2.
Review and establish priorities for Project Engineer. PM is
responsible for training Project Engineer against PE Job
Description. 3. Attend Purchasing update
meetings for new projects and assist the Purchasing Department as
necessary. 4. Manage all aspects of
Vendor and Subcontractor contracts. 5.
Verify job readiness and coordinate installation of materials to
allow installation to progress in an orderly and timely fashion.
 6. Participate with other Division
personnel in establishing and setting and attaining goals for the
Division to develop new methods, techniques, systems and ideas to
improve the performance of the Company. 7.
Provide project financial analysis on a monthly basis to the
Regional Manager. Requirements:
 The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of
experience in the construction industry. Local candidates and
candidates with experience in Divisions 5,6,8,10,11,12, and 13
will be considered first. In addition this skilled professional
must have the following attributes: • Effective in
meeting deadlines and solving problems. • Strong written
and verbal communication skills. • Excellent
organizational and time management skills. • Excellent
