[DESCRIPTION] Under limited supervision, contacts delinquent
customers( 150-179 days) and (180-209 days) to effectively
resolve complex issues regarding past due payments while
minimizing company losses. [REQUIREMENTS] Education: High School
Diploma or GEDExperience: 0-5 years collections experience or
customer service background, typing skills 35+wpm, Bilingual in
Spanish preferred.Responsibilities involve high-volume telephone
contact with customers to arrange payments, discuss resolution
options and determine plan for resolution. For 90+ day
delinquencies- responsibilities will include working onoutbound
calls from private portfolios. Candidate should have excellent
oral and written communications skills and 0-5 years of related
experience. Familiarity with FDCPA laws and bilingual in Spanish
is a plus. Candidate should be flexible to work weekend and/or
evening hours.
