opportunities available now. <BR><br> <BR><br>The Estimator’s
key responsibilities include: <BR><br> <BR><br>·Review
specifications and drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare
estimate for large scale commercial projects <BR><br>·Prepare
estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scopes of work
<BR><br>·Interface with Business Developer to provide and
understand clients complete scope of work <BR><br>·Maintain
business relationships with new and existing Subcontractors and
Vendors <BR><br>·Timely and completely perform tasks to meet
organizational deadlines <BR><br>·Knowledge of overall landscape
business practices <BR><br> <BR><br> <BR><br>The successful
candidate should possess the following skills: <BR><br>
<BR><br>·Strong previous estimating skills on commercial
large-scale projects <BR><br>·Strong computer skills and
thorough knowledge of estimating techniques <BR><br>·Ability to
multi task with attention to detail <BR><br>·Work well under
deadline pressure and manage projects with little supervision
<BR><br>·Undergraduate degree in landscape, engineering or
construction management a plus <BR><br> <BR><br>Please submit by
