We currently have an opening for a Construction Management Rep.
II within the Construction Services Division in our Phoenix, AZ
office. Candidates will be placed as the owner's on-site
representative providing quality control inspection, submittal,
schedule and progress payment reviews, conduct and prepare
minutes of weekly meeting and photo documentation. <br>Travle is
required as project needs dictate. <br><br><br><B>Requirements:
</b><br>Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
<br>4 years experience with B.S., 8 years experience in
Construction and/or observation activities with Associates
Degree, 10 or more years experience with out degree. We prefer
experience in Light Rail Transit Construction Management for an
upcoming project in the Phoenix area. <br> <br>Must be computer
proficient. Certifications may be required in areas applicable to
work assignments as required by client needs. Good mathematical,
communications, analytical, computer and organizational skills.
