Duties and Qualifications: <br> Representative – Customer
Service <br><br>In a fast-paced yet structured environment, our
award-winning customer care centers handle high volumes of
inbound customer calls striving everyday to provide world-class
customer service and resolve issues the first time our customers
call. <br><br>Duties and Responsibilities: <br>In this role, you
will handle a high volume of inbound customer calls utilizing
computerized systems for information gathering; research and
resolve billing inquiries; explain products and services; assess
needs and suggest/promote alternative products and services;
troubleshoot service/equipment issues; and prioritize and
organize daily follow-ups to ensure timely resolution. You will
also evaluate customer concerns and resolve problems to the
customers' satisfaction. <br><br>Candidate Qualifications:
<br>High School diploma, GED and relevant customer contact
experience required. Solid computer skills also required.
Preferred candidates will have an Associate's degree, or
equivalent work experience, including on-line customer contact.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Excellent
oral/written communication skills, problem-solving, analytical
and troubleshooting skills are essential. <br><br>If you are
