<center>Business Development Manager - Concrete Repair -
Waterproofing</center> G. Peterson Consulting Group,
Inc. has recently began a nationwide search for a Business
Development Manager with 10+ years experience in developing
private relationships with General Contractors throughout the
country. The primary responsibility will be to solicit and
acquire private work. Our client, based out of
the Southwest is a leader in bridge deck & joint repair,
waterproofing, concrete repair, restoration, and strengthening.
Their ability to deliver impeccable quality and customer service
top the list of reasons why our client continues to grow and
enjoy yearly profits. With multiple locations in the United
States and completed projects in select international markets
such as Costa Rica, Malaysia and the Philippines, the company has
the experience and resources to perform quality repairs in almost
any corner of the world. This $15MM company is expanding its
operations throughout the continental US.
 Requirements:
 <ul><li>Manage/assist/coach/direct/lead the sales force.
 <li>Presentations will be included. <li>Knowing
PowerPoint and excel is needed, comfortable with public
speaking, STRONG work ethic and DESIRE to AGGRESSIVELY grow the
business. <li>Loves the "kill" of the sale. Ignores the
"no" answer. <li>Solves the problems quickly. Lots of
energy and intelligence. <li>Knows construction and can
handle the roughest superintendents. <li>Mature enough to
keep his temper, consistent enough to gain respect (probably not
someone beginning his career), high sense of urgency to meet the
customer's demands NOW. <li>Knowledge of estimating and
spatial relations is a plus. <li>Sales dynamics comes
first, but engineering training is a bonus. (rare to find both)
 <li>Fits the chemistry of the office: ie: loves to work
(honestly) but has a life outside of work. <li>4 year
technical degree from an accredited university. <li>A track
record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives.
 <li>Experience working in some or all of the following:
construction, property management, manufacturing, industrial,
transportation and commercial markets. <li>A personal
demeanor and disposition committed to teamwork and respect
towards all the people you work with. <li>Knowledge in some
or all of the following areas: Structural Concrete Bonding,
Testing & Diagnosis, Post Tension Repairs, Earthquake Repairs,
Underlayment, Waterproofing, Nuclear Power Generator, Chemical
Resistant Coatings, Masonry Repairs, Reinforcing.</ul>
