and implement a multi-year cultural marketing effort aimed at the
Arizona Hispanic population. Will identify a customer
segmentation strategy, be familiar with Spanish-language media
outlets, coordinate community events, verify integrity of
translations, and build affinity among bilingual employees.
Expected to serve as a liaison between marketing and the core
business lines, executing various non-Hispanic marketing plans
and programs for core business lines. Must write excellent
creative ad copy, magazine editorials, web content and business
correspondence; track and analyze results, and ensure ROI targets
are met; effectively manage relationships with partners, vendors,
graphic designers, database marketing and purchasing; and oversee
production processes as well as edit and proof materials.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or
Advertising (or the equivalent), 5+ years of experience
designing, implementing and managing projects as well as 3+ years
in both a creative and analytical marketing position. Must be
deadline-driven with a background in Hispanic marketing,
eMarketing, project management, copywriting, database marketing
and vendor management is essential. Must be bilingual
English/Spanish. A verbal and written fluency assignment will be
required prior to the first interview. Proficiency with Microsoft
Office is expected.
