Assurance Senior Associate
PHOENIX, AZ

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Work closely with Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior
Managers, and Partners on all phases of project, engagement
management, and completions. Plan, execute, direct and complete
external audits and manage to budget in various industries.
Proactively interact with key client management to gather
information and make recommendations for business improvements.
Gain strong comprehension of client operations, processes, and
business objectives and utilize that knowledge. Research and
alalyze US GAAP issues. Recruit, train and mentor less
experienced staff. Maintain good working relationship with the
client. Attend professional development seminars and training on
a regular basis.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. A CPA is highly
desired. Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience.
In-Charge auditing experience. Excellent techincal accounting
skills with proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS. Ability to manage
multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in fast,
interactive, results-based, team environment which is growning
rapidly. Strong leadership, recruitment, management and client
communication skills are necessary as well as strong computer
skills.
