Responsibilities   Primary responsibility of
selling and servicing our aviation products portfolio to military
and commercial customers located in the Western half of the US.
Territory will include as far West as Hawaii, and East to
Colorado. 30%-40% travel required. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for developing and maintaining key customer
relationships at all levels of their organizations. Candidate
will be responsible for executing the regional sales growth plan
that will build up to overall Aviation team objectives. You will
be responsible for the day-to-day support for all accounts,
including technical, QA, order-entry, etc.
Qualifications   The ideal candidate needs to
be an effective communicator. The Account Manager will be
calling on a wide range of levels in both the military /
commercial organizations. The ideal candidate will be
technically curious and must be a self-starter. The Aviation
organization is a relatively small team and each member has to be
self sufficient to a large extent. Good organization / computer
skills are a must. Prior sales experience, demonstrated
proficiency for managing customer expectations and needs are a
must. The ideal candidate will be looking to make a long-term
career choice and commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate
will be accustomed to a long sales cycle and possess strong
technical credibility. The Account Manager must be comfortable
selling in a team environment. Desired
     Military experience is a plus. Much of our
military growth will come from expansion of USAF business
(including ANG, AFRES, and active locations) and the US Army. On
the commercial side, much of our growth will come from the
general aviation / law enforcement segments of the market.
Propulsion / engine maintenance knowledge is a plus / desired.
Understanding of military chain of command, network of contacts,
etc. is a plus. Commercial enthusiast / pilot a plus. Preferred
home base location is Phoenix, AZ, but open to any West coast
location that is a major airline hub (making travel easier and
more cost effective). General
